Napoleon Lumber Company has been owned and operated by the same family since 1939, when the old train station in Napoleon was purchased and converted into a business and service outlet. At that time the company sold grain, coal, cement and eventually lumber products, primarily to area farmers.

Today, Napoleon Lumber Company sells virtually any lumber or building material items required by its primary customer - the custom residential and light commercial builder. We offer many contractor services which now include complete insulation services for new construction projects.

In the spring of 2001, Napoleon Lumber was pleased to introduce homeowners and do-it-yourselfers of the Brooklyn-Irish Hills area to our second location: Brooklyn Lumber & Hardware. Our newest store offers all the goods and services that Napoleon Lumber does, plus complete electrical, plumbing, paint, and fastener departments. Brooklyn Lumber & Hardware is open 7 days a week to help you with all your building and repair project needs.
